Jenga GR
Jenga GR is a granular insecticide formulated with Chlorantraniliprole 0.4% (active ingredient Rynaxypyr). It is designed specifically to control stem borers in rice and sugarcane crops. Its unique formulation and targeted action make it highly effective, even against pests that have developed resistance to other insecticides. Jenga GR is safe for beneficial organisms like parasites, predators, and pollinators, making it a preferred choice for integrated pest management (IPM) programs. By providing long-lasting protection, it helps improve crop quality and yields, which meet the high standards demanded by farmers, exporters, and consumers.
MODE OF ACTION
Jenga GR works by disrupting the calcium balance in the muscle cells of insects. The active ingredient, Chlorantraniliprole, binds to the ryanodine receptors in the insect’s muscles, causing an uncontrolled release of calcium. This results in paralysis and death of the pest. Due to its targeted action, it is highly effective against stem borers in rice and sugarcane, while remaining safe for beneficial organisms, making it ideal for sustainable crop protection.

- Targa Super is strictly not recommended on paddy, wheat, sorghum, maize, barley, pearl millet, sugarcane crop.
- Targa Super is recommended at 500-600 ml for control of perennial weeds like Kans and Doob.
