Hitman is a versatile insecticide formulated with a combination of Profenofos (40%) and Cypermethrin (4%). It effectively controls a wide range of pests such as aphids, whiteflies, mealybugs, caterpillars, and beetles. Specifically, it is highly effective against bollworms, jassids, thrips, semilooper, and girdle beetles in crops like cotton and soybean. Hitman is quickly absorbed by plants and provides long-lasting protection. Its effectiveness is not diminished by rain, making it a reliable choice for pest management in fields.
MODE OF ACTION
Hitman works by targeting the nervous system of pests. Profenofos acts as an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor, disrupting nerve impulses in insects, while Cypermethrin interferes with sodium channels, leading to paralysis and death. This combination ensures rapid and effective pest control, with both contact and stomach action.

- It is a very effective weedicide for control of narrow leaf weeds in broad leaf crops.
- It does not burn the weeds but kills the weeds - so they do not regerminate.
- These dead weeds turn into organic manure to boost plant health and vigour.
- Targa Super is strictly not recommended on paddy, wheat, sorghum, maize, barley, pearl millet, sugarcane crop.
- Targa Super is recommended at 500-600 ml for control of perennial weeds like Kans and Doob.
